Ambassador/Assistant Instructor

The Ambassador Assistant instructor will use storytelling and culture crafting tools to effectively integrate Hospitality Academy Students into the importance of culture as we pursue hospitality transformation and making hospitality a noble career.
HAAI will use the story framework to embark with students into a journey of introspection and reflection on elements and disciplines of story that will empower associates to powerfully engage in meaningful interactions with guest.
Essential Functions Identify and share the stories and concepts like vision, strategy, and business priorities in a relevant and memorable way of all Pearl neighborhood concepts.
Engaging associates in the Silver story and connecting associates to the hospitality transformation contributions by all organizations in and around the Pearl neighborhood by hosting Silver Vision events Lead tours of the Pearl neighborhood incorporating history and story elements to empower associates to engage in meaningful conversations with guests.
Create and lead instruction of Story, Service Promises, and culture modules of the Hospitality Academy.
In partnership with HA Program Director and Coordinator create a powerful connection that extends beyond the HA program such as mentorship and alumni connection initiatives.
Create and implement a unique and memorable experiences for students.
Nurture relations with community partners to identify and develop a pipeline of talent.
Develop dashboard to track conditions of satisfaction and KPIs that demonstrate the success and long-term sustainability of the HA.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Hospitality Management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
