Team Gymnastics Coach (FT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced gymnastics coach to join our dynamic team at Olympia Gymnastics.
USAG Levels 3 minimum experience.
Responsibilities: Plan and lead gymnastics training sessions for athletes of varying skill levels.
Develop and implement training programs that align with individual athlete goals and club objectives.
Teach proper techniques, form, and routines for various gymnastics disciplines.
Provide guidance and support to athletes during competitions and performances.
Foster a positive and supportive training environment that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with other coaches and club staff to create a cohesive and effective coaching team.
Communicate regularly with athletes and their parents to provide feedback and updates on progress.
Stay current with gymnastics industry trends, techniques, and safety practices.
Qualifications: Gymnastics coaching certification (e.
g.
, USA Gymnastics certification).
Proven experience coaching gymnastics, with a focus on competitive gymnasts.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passion for the sport of gymnastics and a dedication to athlete development.
