We are a Youth Soccer Club in San Antonio (Barcelona Premier SC) which offers year-round soccer programs to children ages 4 to 18.
Practice locations: Northwest San Antonio We are currently expanding our operations and we’re looking for Head Coaches, Coaches & Assistant Coaches.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR COACHES: 1) Soccer coaching experience: MUST have 1 YEAR of soccer coaching.
Soccer passion is a MUST.
(Experience working with children will also be take into consideration).
2) MUST have USSF Grassroots Coaching License and/or international license/UEFA C Diploma.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR COACHES: 1) Soccer coaching experience: 2 YEARS of soccer coaching.
2) MUST have USSF D License and/or international license/UEFA B Diploma.
3) Leadership and strong communication skills are required.
4) Responsible & Accountable: Arrive on time to each training session.
Prepare sessions and deal with players and parents.
The candidates must be able to handle a group of 15 to 20 children, perfect attendance and punctuality is a MUST.
5) Availability: Our trainings are performed Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 9pm.
Also, we have weekend games, so you need to be available on weekends when needed upon schedule to coach your assigned teams.
The more flexible you are, the better chance you have to be hired.
6) Professional: neat in appearance, athletic, friendly and needs to be a GREAT communicator.
7) Commitment: We are year-round so we will need at least 1 year of commitment.
8) Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about Soccer.
9) Background check cleared -- To be considered you must pass a Federal & State Background Check.
10) Reliable Transportation needed.
11) Must have at least a work permit to work in the US, and live at or near San Antonio.
