Summary of Position:
The Certification and Assessment Instructor will oversee the required certification training and assessments at the district level.
He/she will properly document and submit all training and assessments.
The primary function of this position is to make sure Liberty employees at the district level are compliant with the regulations that govern our industry.
The goal of this role is to support the Training Department’s mission of providing the opportunity for employees to better themselves personally and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 3 years with Liberty and/or with previous companies acquired by Liberty
Possess a high level of organizational skills
Have a strong desire to instruct and train Liberty employees
Demonstrated leadership experience
Prior training experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
Understands all certified training required by Liberty.
Collaborates with the HSE department to verify that all training processes/ curriculum meet governing body regulations.
Ensures that all certified training is documented and uploaded correctly.
Supports the crew by providing assessments and retraining on location.
Works with Certification and Assessment Coordinator to develop and provide updates on training processes for all certification training, as needed.
Uses the platform calendar function to show class schedules, delivery methods, and pre-requisites.
•Understands reporting functions of the platform to assist during compliance audits.
Understands state and country requirements as well as operator requirements for designated district.
•Helps to create a uniform training process that is easy to implement, assess, and certify.
Some traveling to the assigned district(s), if applicable.

Salary:
$80000-120000/yr (USD) / $100000-155000/yr (CAD)
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
