Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.
Duties: - Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals - Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow - Engage children in interactive activities to promote cognitive, physical, and social development - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning community - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care Skills: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, such as babysitting, nannying, or infant care - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide positive guidance to young learners - First aid certification is preferred but not required - Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting We offer competitive pay based on experience.
