*Introductory Statement:* The Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of all facilities for evening and weekend events (not including church services).
Ensure the security of the premises before, during and after evening events.
Ensure that the facilities are safe and that all equipment and devices operate properly.
Remain on site to assist facility users (congregation members and quest) in the execution of their programs.
Provides members, visitors, and the public with outstanding customer service.
*Description of Responsibilities:* 1.
Site Coordinator:  Oversee facilities for all evening and weekend activities  Open and close/ secure campus facilities based on daily usage  Set up and tear down for facility events (tables, chairs, volleyball nets, etc.
)  Ensure parking lot is accessible for events and secure daily once all events are over  Point of contact for congregation member and quest for gaining access to facility and areas needed  Be a presence on campus.
Ensure you are seen monitor events both indoors and outdoors  Prepare electronic messages for distribution per request from pastors, staff, and boards  Other duties as assigned *2.
Facility Cleanliness:*  Maintain building cleanliness before, during, and after all evening events by performing basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
 Maintain the appearance of the parking lot and the exterior of all buildings by removing trash and debris as needed.
*3.
Working Conditions:* Revised March 2024  This position requires working indoors and outdoors throughout the year, in various weather conditions.
The site coordination will be required to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.
