```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with professionalism
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
