Come join a Texas Rising Star center! Little Treehouse Early Learning Center is seeking a Closing Early Childhood Education Teacher - Floater for our children.
This is a full-time position, with the shift 11AM - 6:30PM - Monday thru Friday.
Ongoing training, classroom materials and curriculum are provided to make your job easier.
The ideal candidate will meet the following: Texas Rising Star experience preferred Provide an active role model by leading and participating in moderate to vigorous physical activities with and for the children Love children and have a desire to make a difference every day.
Maintain a professional, caring, and friendly attitude.
Be an outstanding communicator with rapport-building skills.
Minimum of two years experience working with children is preferred.
Have a desire to work in a drama-free environment.
Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
Competitive salary and benefit package available! *Responsibilities* * Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.
) to teach children * Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem * Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments * Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.
) * Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times * Track children’s progress and report to parents * Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche * Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards We provide training and supply curriculum to make your job easier.
Salary DOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.
