Preschool Age Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities: - Assist Lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Teach and reinforce social skills and following directions - Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom - Incorporate literacy education into daily activities, including reading stories and promoting early reading skills - Introduce basic math concepts through hands-on activities Requirements: - Experience working with preschool-aged children a plus - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated assistant teacher to make a difference in the lives of young children.
