*Job Summary*
TMI invites applications for a full-time position as *Middle School Math Instructor*.
The role begins in August, 2024 and will consist of the following duties:
· Teach6th Grade Math and Algebra I.
· Serve as an advisor to a small group of students.
· Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
· Actively participate in and contribute to extracurricular activities, including athletics, residential life, or club programs.

*Qualifications*
· Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or a related field; a focus or concentration in Math is preferred.
· Open to candidates with various levels of teaching experience, from recent graduates to seasoned educators.

· Proficiency in a range of mathematical topics, particularly *pre-algebra and algebra.

· Experience with innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development tailored to diverse learning styles.
· Ability to integrate technology effectively in math instruction.
· Skills in guiding students in critical thinking and problem-solving in mathematics.
· Experience in assessing student progress with various methods and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

Pay: From $55,000.
