```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans for children in the classroom
- Support classroom management by helping to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Provide care and supervision for children during daily activities, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Assist with diaper changes and toilet training as needed
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Foster a love of learning through storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and other creative activities
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's development
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
- Knowledge of early literacy education and math concepts for young children
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
