3 Year Old Daycare Teacher

We are currently looking for an experienced teacher for our older 3 year old classroom.
We are offering a $500.
00 sign on bonus.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a preschool classroom setting.
The ability to handle a classroom of a capacity of up to 15 kids on their own.
We do our best to keep our classrooms under capacity and offer assistant teachers in each room when needed.
The shift for this position is 9:30am to 6:30pm.
*Qualifications* * High school or equivalent (Required) * Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) * CPR Certification (Preferred) *Requirements* * Comply with all Minimum Standards required by licensing * Teach to the standards of performance required by the school * Establish an effective working relationship with parents, students and other staff members * Demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities * Relate to children and adults with courtesy, respect, acceptance, and patience * Recognize and respect the uniqueness and potential of all children, their families, and cultures *Responsibilities* * Know which children they are responsible for and number in group * Supervise children at all times * Ensure the children are not out of control * Interact routinely with children in a positive manner * Show appreciation of children’s efforts and accomplishments * Ensure continuity of care for children by sharing with incoming caregivers, information about each child’s activities during previous shift and any instructions given by parent.
