OBJECTIVE: To direct operations of admissions and process paperwork accurately and timely to assure Vogue College of Cosmetology achieves its major goals, objectives and continuing purpose, and in full compliance with Federal Title IV rules and regulations
ADMISSION OFFICER ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Conduct interview of prospects and enroll and complete all paperwork associated with enrollment in the timeframe allowed by Vogue College of Cosmetology and catalog is distributed and signature required of such prior to enrollment.
• Explain Course Outlines, Student Catalog, Satisfactory Progress Policy, Standards of Conduct, etc.
in detail to enrolling students
• Conduct prospective student orientation thoroughly and accurately
• Provide information regarding graduate placement assistance
• Ensure registration fees are collected and that tuition payments are collected on time as scheduled in enrollment contract.
Verify that receipts are provided for all payments made to Vogue College of Cosmetology.
• Perform administrative tasks including: scheduling, prioritizing, and reviewing daily activities.
• Take inquiry calls and make appointments daily; ensure that all enrollment leads are maintained and continuously worked
• Submit admissions reports to Home Office as required
• Contact registered future starts to keep their interest prior to starting school.
• Conduct follow-ups with dropped students for re-entry
• Process state board registration and permits
• Assist with attendance monitoring by calling absent students after 3 days to help reduce attrition.
• Works within community for PR opportunities and advertising and marketing; Career days and other recruiting events are attended with effective results.
• Follow up with graduate students regarding career success and suggestions to school for improvement is maintained and record all job placement information per policy
• Maintain and oversee career center resources, including posting career opportunities in the student break area, review of resource material periodically to assure its current, placement assistance for students for resume writing and interview preparations, and maintain binder of career opportunities from newspapers and other publications for student referral
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: From $20.
00 per hour
