*Job Description:* As a PreK Teacher at BaileysCDC, you will play a vital role in preparing children aged 3-5 for kindergarten through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
You will create a supportive and enriching environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
*Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes kindergarten readiness.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and academic development.
* Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
* Assess children's progress and communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required; teaching certification preferred.
* Previous experience teaching preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
* Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
