As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum and teaching methods
- Assess children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred
- Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with literacy education, special education, early intervention, and physical education concepts is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check
