Front Desk/Lackland

*Essential Functions:* This is a Full-time position.
An example of hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Sunday.
Hourly physical inspections of the property are required per shift set forth by the property manager and based on the property you can be asked to compete more rounds as needed based on the demands of the business.
The inspection schedule includes: Parking lot inspection, outer area perimeter Ensure Lighting is adequate No suspect vehicles are present No unauthorized activity is occurring Interior corridor and stairway inspection Ensuring outer perimeter doors are properly locked and not tampered with Check in guests and walk-ins with or without reservation.
Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
Respond to requests from an immediate supervisor and will follow –up Wash, dry and fold laundry as directed by management in order to pre the following day Administration of keys.
Know property emergency procedures.
Required to complete your checklist that is given to you Required to wash and fold laundry during your shift Required to maintain public areas/ restock coffee area.
Required to be great at multi tasking.
