Accountant comptroller (San Antonio)

I need someone who can control every single dollar that comes into and out of my company.
I have a 5 million dollar company and I really don't think there is anyone controlling the money that we spend and the money that comes into the business.
I require you to have excellent telephone and communication skills.
Today we went to our cell phone provider and found out we are paying for 32 cell phones but using only 10! Is that stupid or what? That's an annual $10,000.
00 loss.
Earlier I mentioned to someone that we pay $2,400.
00 weekly for company vehicle gasoline but our numbers say that we are only using $1,600.
00 per week.
That's another $10,000.
00 loss! I don't think we can ever succeed as a company if we are not able to control our company.
Plus, I am willing to bet if we are overpaying for cell phones and gas, then that means we are also overpaying for payroll.
I think the bottom line is that we need someone who is a genius with money.
And for the right person who is an experienced proven miracle worker, It would not bother me to consider some kind of a plan where you could be a vested member of the company.
Please understand that we are really looking for that one special spectacular person and as you read this: you know if that is you or not.
I am not looking for any book keepers or fast learners.
I will write something about money but you can really disregard it.
I will pay you what ever you want once you prove that you can do the job.
I think that some of this job would also involve collections as well.
You will be a staff of either 2 or 3 people in accounting.
