Senior Financial/Cost Analyst (Controller)
Job requirements:
Act as a primary financial advisor to the Management Team, providing key insights and recommendations.
Lead and actively contribute to forecasting, profit analysis, budget development, budget management and profit improvement initiatives.
Perform monthly closing General Accounting activities and support the accounting of physical inventories.
Develop a deep understanding of our ERP and financial systems, and their interplay with manufacturing operations.
Education / Skill requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Over 5 years of experience in cost/operational accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
Previous experience with ERP systems.
Attributes:
Strong analytical abilities and a sound understanding of corporate accounting and manufacturing costing principles.
Ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms, demonstrating effective teaching and communication skills.
Capability to thrive in diverse work environments, across various cultures and leadership styles.
