Accounting for Trucking/Logistics company (San Antonio)

Trucking company with 50 trucks and reefer trailers is currently seeking an experience person in accounting with trucking experience (min 2 years experience ) Monday-Friday 8-5 or 9-6 - Quickbooks knowledge -reconcile company expenses into Quickbooks -generate various reports from Quickbooks (balance sheets and profit/loss statements) - pay drivers through ACH or company check - generate 1099 for drivers from Quickbooks at the end of the year -issue fuel cards to drivers -monitor fuel usage - issue and monitor EFS money codes - invoice and track bills of lading sent to factoring -navigate factoring website - communicate with brokers on load issues -communicate with all departments within the company - participate in driver orientation -participate and give input in company meetings.
-accounts payable and accounts receivable - team player willing to accommodate company needs.
