WE NEED A 2/2/ WITH GARAGE

I am posting my own ad for a rental house due to the presence of scammers on here.
Our preference is a single-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a fenced yard and a garage, whether attached or detached.
We would like to discuss this directly with the owner instead of through an agency.
We are three adults who do not smoke or use drugs and we have two dogs.
Our preferred location is the 78217 zip code due to our workplace.
We are hoping to move by December.
We may also consider renting a duplex with a garage if BOTH units are available.
We kindly request that only serious property owners contact us.
We are not interested in townhomes or apartments.
