Qualifications:
• Applicants are required to possess a valid form of identification for employment verification purposes.
• Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory upon hiring and throughout employment.

• Must have experience operating trenching equipment including excavator and backhoe.
• Must have reliable transportation to Adkins, TX.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in proximity to a high volume of fast-moving traffic.
Responsibilities:
• This position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Collaborate with Supervisor in tasks such as laying conduit, trenching, shoveling, and digging.
• Assist in the placement, movement, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to jobsite safety and adhere to safe work practices diligently.
Benefits:
• Starting pay of $18-20.
00 per hour with the opportunity for overtime (45+ hours weekly).
Pay based on proven experience.
