Need foundation work in central san antonio (rittiman & vandiver)

my house is on peer and beam, the crawl space is pretty tall about 3 to 4 feet high, easy access as there is a side gate to the crawl space, house is about 1500 sqft, it's tilted slightly, need either shim or post done, whichever is cheaper, i am selling the house so i need foundation work to be done first.
