Responsibilities:
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to electrical work, construction painting, heavy equipment operation, power tool usage, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and provide excellent customer service.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remodeling or a related field.
- Proficiency in electrical work, construction painting, bluebeam software, heavy equipment operation, power tool usage, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, schematics interpretation, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
