We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance/Handyman to join our team.
Job Description: As a General Maintenance/Handyman with Quality Service and Repair, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition.
Your duties will include: Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
Handling minor repairs and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Performing general carpentry and handyman services as needed.
Completing work orders and documenting completed tasks.
Responding to maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours when necessary.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: -Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance, preferably in a property management setting.
-Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques.
-Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants.
-A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Your own set of basic tools and equipment.
