Looking for a dependable, hardworking, team player to work on in-house assets dealing with heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance.
All assets are within the Chicago Metro area.
Must have valid driver's license and current EPA refrigeration certifications.
Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and related control systems.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues of HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing mechanical systems, and performing warranty services.
*Additional Responsibilities**:*
· Perform maintenance per factory standards
· Provide service of exhaust hoods, exhaust fans, make up air units and air handling units
· Provide service of roof top units, furnaces, and condensers
· Provide service of commercial split systems
· Chiller experience is a plus
· Other duties as determined
*Requirements:*
· 8+ years related HVAC background and/or general refrigeration service, maintenance, or repair experience.
(Positions also available for those with less experience.
)
· Must be Drug-Free
· Valid Driver’s License
· Must pass a background check to work in our clients’ facilities
· Understanding of advanced principals of air conditioning, and heating
· Proficient in reading schematics
· Ability to work in confined spaces
· Must have current EPA Refrigeration Certification
