Position Summary:
AAA, United States, Inc.
has partnered with a company in Duluth, Minnesota that produces composite "fiberglass" parts such as Wings, Fuselages, Horizontals, and their accompanying parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF50 Vision Jet.
We are looking for experienced Manufacturing / Production Technicians who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!
Essential Functions:
Perform routine maintenance on avionics such as aircraft navigation systems, radar, in-flight entertainment systems (IFE), radio, etc.
Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures on aircraft systems
Communicate with other maintenance personnel regarding action plans
Perform aircraft preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs
Develop, maintain, and repair aircraft avionics and navigation systems
Communicate with mechanics and avionics technicians to troubleshoot non-avionics and engine-related issues
Support flight line operations such as ground handling, ramp operations, and fueling
Assist and oversee aircraft pre-delivery inspections
Perform aircraft taxi inspections
Communicate with mechanics to get necessary approvals for scheduled maintenance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of related aerospace experience
Knowledge of aircraft avionics systems
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
