Northeast San Antonio residential electrical contractor seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Ideal candidate must have construction and/or electrical knowledge, be extremely organized, detail oriented, have excellent attendance, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
An ideal candidate must work well with others and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
A minimum of two years of experience with Customer Service is required.
Requirements:
Experience in the construction/electrical industry
Strong Phone Skills, preferably with a multi-line system
Accurate, detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Dependable, reliable
Experience using Outlook
Experience using Excel
General Duties:
Answer phones
Generate work orders (via phone call / email / fax / builder sites)
Reschedule work orders
Process work orders after they have been reviewed (email / print)
Request PO or Acknowledgement based on builder requirements
Delete work orders per policy
File
Update work orders received
Research misc.
(w/o status, closing dates, maps, missing w/o, deleted w/o, etc.
)
Schedule appointments and follow up on unreturned calls.
This position is hourly plus benefits including health insurance with employer contribution and a 401k plan with an employer matching contribution.
