Approximately 85% of our business is commercial and 15% residential with many clients being large commercial real estate property owners, management companies, universities and schools.
We serve the Austin and San Antonio area and focus on customer satisfaction for long-term relationships.

Requirements:
* At least three (3) years service experience in HVAC rather than new construction
```Duties```
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components for potential issues or malfunctions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and make necessary repairs
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively
- Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance
- Plumbing skills for connecting HVAC systems to water lines
- Valid driver's license for van driving to service locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients
