*Position Type:* Full-Time
*Your Role:* In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Applying spray foam insulation with precision
* Preparing structures for insulation application
* Safely driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites
* Collaborating with our General Manager and fellow team members to ensure efficient job completion
*Skills and Experience:* Our ideal candidate possesses:
* Basic mechanical skills
* General carpentry skills
* Basic construction knowledge
* Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing (highly desirable)
* Painting experience (helpful)
* Proficiency in backing a truck and trailer
* Prior experience in spray foam for residential or commercial applications is preferred, but don't worry if you're new to this – we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
*Requirements:* To excel in this role, you should be:
* Physically fit and agile to navigate tight attics and crawl spaces
* Capable of consistently lifting at least 50 pounds
* Comfortable working in construction environments during hot summer conditions
* Punctual, organized, and efficient
* Committed to maintaining a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude
* Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus, but not required)
* Willing and able to pass a pulmonary fit test
