IWS is looking for a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to support the growth of the company.
Responsibilities include:
Manage construction project through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications
Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules
Establish and maintain positive client relations
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
5+ years of heavy civil construction, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction
Able to travel out of town to job sites
