*What You’ll Do:* We are looking for a *hard-working*, *meticulous*, *adaptable*, and *diligent* individual to help us take our team to the next level.
You will represent our general contracting team as you oversee commercial construction projects and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key vendors.
* Alongside the project team, facilitate schedule, budget, safety, quality control, and reporting.
* Report directly to Superintendent * Coordinate and direct vendors and subcontractors * Unloading and staging of materials using small machinery such as forklifts.
* Perform miscellaneous construction carpentry tasks * Interface directly with 3rd party clients and in-house development team * View and manipulate information on Procore * Maintain professional appearance of all deliverables and project sites * Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations.
*Qualifications:* * Ability to adapt to using Drake Tappe’s standard processes * Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and through email * Strong time management skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task while staying organized * Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel experience * 3-years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor * OSHA 30 certification * Forklift certification * Previous experience with Procore software *Preferred Skills:* * Meticulous, diligent * Ability to complete good work in a timely manner while under pressure * Ability to thrive in a flexible, dynamic work environment * Ability to hit reasonable deadlines * Ability to apply logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally call for deviations.
