Ability to lift 50 LBS Assembly of racking and solar array Assembly of equipment along with properly sealing all roof penetrations Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, attics etc.
) Capable and willing to work at heights including rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; performing repetitious duties, such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time Experience using basic hand and power tools Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent customer service skills Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must have a valid TX Driver’s license and/or Texas ID Must pass a drug screening test before start date Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $16.
