Position Summary
Install wiring, LED or fluorescent lights, and faces on cabinets to industry standards based upon production drawings.
Responsible for his/her own quality assurance and his/her own safety.
Essential Job Duties
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skill and Experience and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Min.
2 years of manufacturing experience.
Prior manufacturing/assembly experience.
with MS Office and ability to learn ERP software.
Experience with ERP preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift and move raw materials and finished product.
Wok Environment
Requires periodic standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, as well as working in hot or cold temperatures with exposure to noise, dust, odors, etc.
