The Project Coordinator is the driving force behind the success of Safe Showers day-to-day operation of our walk-in shower and-walk-in bathtub installations.
You’ll be responsible for ordering products from manufacturers for all projects sold within the program, you will ensure the coordination of resources and information is distributed effectively while organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed timely.
Qualifications: Must be highly motivated, Positive Energy be able to multitask, being able to adapt.
Computer Skills (apple), communication, organizational skills and problem solving.
Full training provided.
Duties and Responsibilities · Form key relationships with sales, warehouse and installation staff.
· Provide customer service and support.
· Manage all steps of job progression: from post-sale to completion.
· Prepare and distribute job packets per project.
· Order all project material from manufacturers.
· Work with Production Manager to schedule and confirm all projects with the homeowner and installer.
· Review inventory levels.
· Assist with other tasks as needed.
· Backup other departments within the company when needed.
· Follow established company procedures, policies, and ethics.

Requirements · Inventory tracking software experience a plus · Excellent communications skills · Professional approach while possessing leadership characteristics.
· Display the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective customer service skills.
· Neat and professional appearance.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.
