*What you will DO:*
* Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
* Planned maintenance on HVAC equipment.
* Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe.
* Assist with installations on a needed basis.
*What YOU will bring:*
* Must have high school diploma or GED
* EPA Certification
* NATE Certification preferred but not required
* HVAC degree/certification from a technical/trade school preferred but not required
* Must have 2+ years direct experience in HVAC industry
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to handle heavy equipment
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors
* Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding
* Must be able to work in cramped workplaces, such as crawl spaces under floors or attics under extreme weather conditions.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
* Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Demonstrable knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
* Understanding of the current regulations within the field
* General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
* Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
* Must pass background check and random drug test
*Pay:*
* $18.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
