Job Description: As a Licensed Esthetician at Enrich Health and Wellness you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to beauty and skincare innovation.
Your role will involve performing a variety of esthetician services.
In addition to providing exceptional services, you will play a key role in educating clients on personalized skincare routines.
Clinic is Monday - Thursday from 8 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
and Friday from 8 a.
m.
to 12 p.
m.
Key Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of esthetician services, including facials, acne facials, peels, waxing, and dermaplaning.
* Educate clients on skincare routines tailored to their individual needs.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
* Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized consultations.
* Utilize your social media presence to showcase your skills, share skincare tips, and promote our salon/spa.
* Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that highlights our services and attracts new clients.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and skincare innovations to enhance your skills and contribute to our salon/spa's success.
Requirements: * Valid state esthetician license.
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an esthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and retail products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to provide exceptional services and create a welcoming environment.
