Position: Advanced Medical Esthetician
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (2:45pm - 8:00pm) & Saturday (8:00am - 4:00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments including dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling, and more.
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their spa journey.
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and retail sales to enhance the client experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations for medical spa procedures.
Qualifications:
- Esthetician license in Texas with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa or salon setting.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to upsell services and products.
- Proficiency in performing advanced skincare treatments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Certification in laser treatments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for staying current on industry trends and techniques.
