*Responsibilities:*

Warm Welcome and Customer Service:_
Greet clients with a friendly smile and make them feel at home.
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries.
Ensure that clients' needs are met promptly and professionally.

Social Media Management:_
Craft engaging social media content that showcases our services, promotions, and success stories.
Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community.
_3.
Administrative Support:_
Maintain organized records and client information.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Assist in managing inventory and restocking spa products.
_4.
Multitasking and Efficiency:_
Efficiently manage client check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and execution.

Stay Informed:_
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our spa's services to effectively communicate with clients.
Eager to learn new skills and aesthetic treatments and services.
*Qualifications:*
Friendly and approachable demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and social media management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare environment is a plus.
