PA-C, NP or RN are welcome to apply! Part-Time and Full-Time options available *Overview* Under direct and indirect supervision, the PA-C, NP or RN will provide patient and practice support services; including, but not limited to, administering neurotoxins, fillers, PDO threads, RF Microneedling, IPL lasers, CO2 Laser, Aveli, and O/P shot.
Service menu is subject to change based on the evolution of the industry and treatments added or removed to the menu.
The ideal candidate must possess at least three years of direct, hands-on experience in the delivery of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and pride themselves on working with patients to enhance their natural beauty, and implement recommendations for anti-aging and wellness including skincare regimens, neurotoxins and dermal fillers, laser resurfacing, microneedling and other cosmetic treatments.
* All candidates must hold an active State of Texas Medical License * Knowledge of and skilled in multiple aesthetic modules, with a strong focus on neurotoxins and dermal fillers * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills * Documentation and charting to medical standards * Excellent customer service * Experience: 3+ years of injectable and Med-Spa experience * In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy and histology * Performs medical aesthetics and related treatments according to established protocols; including but not limited to injectables, laser skin rejuvenation, platelet-rich plasma anti-aging procedures * Strong decision-making skills with the ability to customize treatment plans to best suit the patient * Participate in the development of service menu, monthly specials, skincare products, new treatment onboarding * Knowledge and communication to patients of current skin care lines carried at NLC * Participate and maintain proper protocols, and processes for treatments, and EMR process * Maintain inventory log of consumables and supplies needed for services provided by the injector * Participate in marketing including photo/video shoots, social media, and marketing content * Maintain professional social media presence actively curating industry related content * Keep work station/space clean and tidy * Continuously self-educating on treatments and best practices *Success Factors* * Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPPA standards.
* Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.
* Adhere to office policy and procedures when collecting payments.
* Must be comfortable seeing and able to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude while working around blood and smells that may be unpleasant.
* Meet sales goals * Must be flexible and understand that job duties may change from time to time and he/she may be asked to assist in other areas of the office.
* Must excel in forward thinking in order to anticipate the needs of the patient.
* Must demonstrate active listening by giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
