Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Admission Representative to join our team.
This role involves working directly with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and helping them to understand the benefits and commitments associated with enrolling in our programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire others to achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with comprehensive information about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
*Conduct tours of our facilities for prospective students and their families, highlighting the features and benefits of our programs and campus.
*Assist with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new students.
*Participate in recruitment events, open houses, and other outreach activities to promote the school and attract new students.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students.
*Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Qualifications:
*A passion for education and the beauty industry.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
