The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Bank Growth Engine (BGE) Technical Product Manager to develop the technical requirements of bringing personalized and data-driven Bank product offers to market in a legally compliant and efficient way, while also overseeing product development.
You will have a deep understanding of your business and correlated technology domains.
You’ll facilitate the creation of data-driven business and technology strategies to achieve operational objectives, and influence cross-functional teams to ensure business and technology objectives are aligned with clear action plans to deliver solutions.
You will be responsible for assisting the business in identifying and leading risks, performance issues, and controls related to your domain.
You’ll set context and goals with your project teams and monitor systems on a recurring basis.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.
This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL.

What you'll do: Collaborate with APOs (Agile Product Owners) and Program Managers on prioritization of work.
Assess gaps in campaign delivery and contribute to technical feasibility sessions in key council sessions.
Continually groom prioritized campaigns.
Identify technical requirements for campaigns and build backlog of epics/stories for scrum teams to action.
Responsible for assembling technical requirements based on data analysis and translating requirements into user stories.
Work to iteratively improve the use of marketing platforms to enable better data utilization.
Ensure current solution functionality and integrations continuously meet and exceed needs of those driving marketing campaigns.
Drive and manage platform capabilities and roadmaps in accordance with marketing plans and priorities to drive a unified technical roadmap.
Work with other teams (Data/Analytics) to support needs facilitated by existing technology solutions (i.
e.
, report building, content changes etc.
).
Stay abreast of latest MarTech updates, changes, community, and practices What you have: Bachelor’s degree; OR 4+ years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
8+ years in a technical product development role, such as technical product manager, software engineer, development manager, business analyst, or architect that includes experience in agile, innovation, problem solving, analytics and system design/ownership.
Demonstrated ability taking a concept from ideation to launch Extensive experience in technical program/product management gathering requirements, finding system efficiencies, and recommending solutions across cross-functional areas.
Proven ability to leverage existing data and implement new attributes so that decisions are data-driven while still balancing product quality and speed-to-market.
Deep knowledge of business domain laws and regulations.
Expert knowledge of Project Management/agile scrum process and agile product owner role.
Expert knowledge in Business Case and CBA development related to both revenue driving and expense saving benefits.
Expert ability to understand and discuss technology concepts, trade-offs and new opportunities with both business and technical team members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrated leadership and ability to influence peers and leaders without formal authority.
What sets you apart: Advanced knowledge of MarTech (Marketing Technology) ecosystem, platforms, and technology.
Advanced experience in program management and execution experience in a large-scale organization.
Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, UX/UI, and coding.
Extensive knowledge and experience of program management methodology (Specifically SAFe Agile).
SAFe Agile Certification.

The salary range for this position is: $120,550 - $230,400.
