We are currently looking for a Sales Professional to join our team to be punctual at appointments, write/send proposals the same day, and communicate with the team customer’s full scope of projects.
We are looking for a paint sales professional who can work independently and someone who can close sales.
Many jobs include the following: Interior / Exterior - Residential, Commercial Painting, Pressure Washing, and more.
Responsibilities
* Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
* Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
* Send out Same Day Proposals
* Communicate directly with customers and Project Manager to align project requirements
* Input project details into company software
* Enter data into CRM to maintain detailed records for all projects and customers
* Follow up with customer’s proposals
* Create vendor contracts and presentations
* Verify and order Paint Charts
Requirements
* 3+ years successful experience in Home Improvement, Construction, or Service-based industry
* Deep knowledge of house painting and how paint processes work
* 3+ years of client-facing and project-based experience
* Ability to deliver high-level customer service
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail
* Tech savvy (smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.
)
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage tasks and approach with Honesty and Integrity
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays and evenings as required
* Car and valid license is required, travel is a must, car magnets placed on car
*Experience*:
* Painting: 3 years (Preferred)
* Sales in painting (Preferred)
* Good driving record
