Hospice Marketer

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced *Hospice Liaison / Marketer.
* The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the hospice/home health industry with established referral resources.
Hospital-based referrals a plus.
Must also be willing and able to build lasting relationships with other healthcare providers, discharge planners, physicians, and case managers to facilitate referrals and admissions to our facility.
Compensation is based on experience with a bonus structure available for exceptional performance.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
00 - $80,000.
