JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Exterior Field Marketing representative, you will be developing relationships and providing homeowners with a rock star appointment setting experience! You need to be a customer service professional with integrity who enjoys helping homeowners.
Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.
We provide training on roofing systems, sales presentations, and technology.
We are seeking exceptional candidates with a GREAT "growth-minded" attitude and work ethic that wants financial freedom.
This is an uncapped 1099 commission Roofing Sales position.
YOU control your income! First time 1099, don't worry, we provide training on how to maximize your earnings.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Exterior Consultant's are responsible for Field prospecting and lead generation via canvassing, door knocking, outbound calling, and leveraging existing relationships/network.
Leads generated from these activities will be eligible for commission payments when the job is sold and completed, as well as ensuring proper documentation for each appointment scheduled.
We meet weekly for ongoing sales training and coaching camps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with potential customers and briefly explain product/service benefits.
Set warm appointments for the sales team.
Participate, as a company representative, at home shows, exhibitions, and street fairs.
Generate and capture trade show leads for our award-winning services.
Participate in sales events, team building and mentorship program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to get out there and talk to strangers
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Resilience, Grit, and Determination
Empathetic and Enthusiastic!
Competitive and 'hungry' spirit that propels he/she to success
The desire and ability to navigate (via car and by foot) targeted areas/neighborhoods engaging potential customers.
The ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
Must have a valid US Driver's License
