Job Description:
Position Overview: _We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial HVAC Salesman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and related equipment, and possess the skills to identify potential accounts, secure service contracts, and drive revenue growth for our HVAC services_.
Will cover from Austin to San Antonio as needed based on clients
Key Responsibilities:
*Account Hunting*: Identify and target potential commercial clients in need of HVAC services, including but not limited to businesses, industrial facilities, and institutions.
*Client Relationship Building*: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
*Service Contract Acquisition:* Develop and present proposals for HVAC maintenance and service contracts that meet the specific needs of clients, emphasizing the long-term benefits and cost savings.
*Product Knowledge:* Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and technologies, particularly focusing on commercial HVAC systems, chillers, and related equipment.
*Technical Expertise:* Utilize your HVAC knowledge to discuss and explain system features, benefits, and performance to potential clients, ensuring they fully understand the solutions you propose.
*Quotation and Proposal Preparation:* Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for HVAC services and equipment, ensuring they align with client expectations and budget constraints.
*Negotiation:* Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure new accounts and maintain client satisfaction.
*Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications Seeking:
* Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and related equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build client relationships.
* Technical knowledge and the ability to explain HVAC solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* Proficiency in creating proposals and quotations.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
