The DSR position is a high growth opportunity focused on generating new business and expanding our client base.
Your primary focus will be to promote our services, build strong relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals.
As a DSR, you will operate under our Culinex brand .
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell food service equipment within the assigned geographical territory.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the region.
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to enhance customer relations.
Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities.
Negotiate equipment prices for assigned accounts to secure optimal deals.
Analyze current products to identify potential cost savings for customers.
Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Evaluate competition, report findings, and provide insights on pricing and programs.
Utilize software tools such as Auto Quotes, NetSuite, and Sales Force for sales operations.
Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner.
Foster and maintain positive customer service relationships with other departments, branches, vendors, and customers through professional resolution of service issues.
Ensure the achievement of established goals and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in the food service equipment industry or sales is preferred.
Ability to travel as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or Culinary Degree preferred
2 years business-business sales experience
2 years industry related experience
5 years sales experience in foodservice/hospitality management and/or foodservice sales

The pay range for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
Expected base compensation for this position is $55,000 with OTE at $100,000.
