Outside Sales Representative

Account Manager / Sales Representative To promote and sell the full range of Alamo Disposal services and products, manage and maintain current customer accounts and actively pursue new market opportunities and growth prospects.
We are a startup so this position will play a crucial role in the growth of the company.
COMPANY VALUES AND PRIORITIES * As a Sales Representative of Alamo Disposal, you are the face of the company.
This is a pivotal role in our business.
You are required to grow the customer base in your territory by selling our services to new customers and maintaining and servicing the existing customer base.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE * High level communication and people skills * Proven negotiation, sales and conflict resolution skills * Excellent time management skills * Ability to identify customer needs and promote products and services that meet this need * Ability and willingness to learn and adopt complex services and systems relevant to the waste industry WORK VALUES * Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised * Driven to exceed goals and projected outcomes * Ethical conduct in contract formation, sales and customer interactions * Maintain the current standard of work and strive for continuous improvement of our services * Ensure that the service to the customer is of the highest standard * Act in a genuine, honest and responsible manner * Be flexible and able to adapt easily to completing new tasks * Maintain confidentiality with regards to company information COMMISSION STRUCTURE * Discussed at interview HOURS OF WORK * Due to the nature of our customer base, your work times will vary from day to day but a minimum of 40 hours per week is required.
You are to be contactable between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
