*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide leadership, direction, and management to the Sales and Operators Recruiting team
* Create bi-annual marketing plan, strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve revenue growth
* Develop and implement annual business plans, managing departmental expenses and budgets
* Establish clear metrics to measure performance of sales, marketing and operator recruiting lanes
* Monitor industry developments and opportunities through data gathering and field visits
* Plan and execute required merchandising and marketing activities for new store openings
* Manage and improve plans for operator recruitment and retention each season
*Must-haves in a Candidate:*
* Ability to analyze financial data and make strong business recommendations
* Concise communicator and ability to articulate plans and results clearly
* Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and correctness
* Transparent and decisive decision making skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field required and 10 years sales management experience
*Nice to Have In a Candidate:*
* MBA preferred
* 15 years of sales management experience
