Cavender Toyota a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Customer Service Business Development Reps to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”.
This is Full-Time position working 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with mandatory Saturdays.

Here is what you will be doing:
Screen inbound & outbound calls to generate service appointments via phone or internet
Handle all incoming service calls
Set service appointments
Work with outbound call lists accordingly to set an appointment for service due, manufacturer campaigns, parts ordered, etc

Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledge
Establishes and attains goals developed by management of providing the customer with excellent service and responsive follow up aimed at increasing sales results
Here is what you will need:
High school diploma/GED required
Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google.
Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills.
Previous customer service experience is a huge plus
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
