Our *HOLT San Antonio, TX* office is looking for a *Director of Sales Enablement* to join their growing Marketing Team that will successfully lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies across the organization.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies, training, tools, and resources that enable our sales teams to effectively execute multi- tiered customer coverage.
The Director will also be responsible for measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to improve sales productivity and drive revenue growth.
As well, to ensure the sales team has adequate resources to reach their goals and meet customer needs.

*Qualifications and Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
* 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role required.
* Demonstrated senior leadership experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferred.
* Experience designing and delivering sales enablement training programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* High level of business acumen and attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate, manage, foster teamwork, and develop employees.
* Knowledge of sales enablement technology platforms and their application in a sales enablement context.
* Strong continuous improvement knowledge with the ability to drive change.
*Essential Functions:* * Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
* Direct and develop the Sales Management Process (SMP) practice across Holt divisions to include tool adoption, account planning discipline, customer/prospect contact frequency, pipeline management.
* Oversee the SMP framework used to deliver proper sales coverage across the territory and manage customer interactions before, during and after a sales transaction.
* Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy for each operating company that aligns with the organization's overall sales and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and design and deliver relevant training, tools, and resources.
* Develop and support sales enablement training programs, including product and market training and sales process training.
* Design and maintain a sales enablement content library to ensure sales teams have access to the most up-to-date and relevant materials.
* Ensure industry intelligence tools are leveraged to support sales and tailor customer messages (Industrial Info Resources, UCC, Dodge, etc.
).
* Collaborate with sales leadership and technology team to ensure access to a sales enablement technology stack that supports the sales enablement strategy and facilitates the delivery of training and resources.
* Partner with sales leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement initiatives and regularly report on progress.
* Continuously evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to improve sales productivity and drive revenue growth.
* Develop strategies to support sales to the expanding industrial markets Holt serves.
* Explore ways to leverage public/private grants to support customer initiatives.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
